Vision Date Extension
Dear Mr. Hays,
On behalf of our client, Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., I would like to request an
extension of six (6)weeks to the decision date for the Construction Material Regular
(112) Operation Reclamation Permit for the Greeley 35th Avenue Mine. The
Greeley 35th Avenue Mine is currently operational under permit number M-
1977-036.
The original decision date for the Greeley 35th Avenue Mine permit amendment is
October 13, 2014. An extension of six weeks would change the decision date to
November 24, 2014.
