We were unable to locate the following culverts and ditches on any of the currently approved <br />or proposed maps: <br />Not shown: Culverts B2, B4, B8, B10, B24, B26, C2, C6, C9, C17, C18 and J10 (approved under <br />MR -159) <br />Ditches B5, B9, B13, B14, B17, B25, B35, B36, B37, and C19 <br />Not labeled: Culverts G3 and C26 (still shown as "36" culvert" on D Bench) <br />Some culverts and ditches appear only on the Map 15 series or the Map 21 series, not both. <br />Please indicate the location of the above listed culverts and ditches on a currently approved <br />map or revise the appropriate maps to include a structure symbol and label. Please verify <br />that the same culvert and ditch layer is applied to the Map 15 series and Map 21 series, or <br />remove the culverts and ditches from the Map 15 series. <br />19. BRL provided a copy of Map 21 -4, to replace a missing copy in the Division's permit application <br />package. While searching for culverts and ditches (Item 18) on this map, it became apparent <br />that none of the culverts, half culvert /half pipes are labeled. Please label the culverts and <br />pipes on Map 21 -4 that are part of the sedimentation control plan, or change the symbol and <br />revise the legend to indicate those that are supplemental /not mine related structures. <br />Issues arising from revisions submitted and approved during the TR -91 review period: <br />20. MR -162 revised the disturbed area boundary between Topsoil Stockpiles D and E. Please <br />revise the disturbed area boundary on Maps 18, 26, and 32 to be consistent with the <br />boundary approved under MR -162. <br />21. TR -93 was approved to create the East Refuse Drying Area in the location of the former West <br />Coverfill Stockpile. Please update Maps 15 -3, 20, 21 -1, 21 -3, and 32 to remove the <br />designation of the "West Coverfill Footprint" that has been approved as the East Drying Area <br />of Gob Pile #3, remove the "Topsoil Stockpile F1" designation, and label the remaining <br />Topsoil Stockpile as "F" so that the maps are consistent with the diagram presented on page <br />4b of Volume XI of the permit application package. <br />If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Susan L.
