These documents were provided to yourself at DRMS in two email packages on September 22, 2014 to meet the requirement of permit M- 2012-052 to file the warranty within one year of when the permit had been issued to Providence Mining LLC. It is our understanding based on your e-mail of 10:19 am on September 23rd that our submission of this application and associated posted warranty on September 22nd constituted a complete application and that DRMS will now process the application upon receipt of the enclosed hardcopies. To that end, please find enclosed the following documents that constitute our application and filing of the required warranty: • Transfer of Approved Mineral Application and Succession of Permit Applicant, • Performance Warranty, • Financial Warranty Check for Deposit in State Treasury, • Documentation of Legal Authority to Execute Financial Warranty Documents, and • Wire transfer receipts for the $17,200.00 warranty and $115.00 application fee.
