This demonstration is intended to address SAE requirements
for soi/ stockpi/es once a good cover has been estab/fished.
For this examp/e the west side of the D Portal topsoil pi/e is
being used.
Soi/s are Co%row loam and Cushman si/t /oam. Both have a K
of.24 and are in the hydro%gicsofi/s group B. No evidence of
recent flows, erosion, or sedimentation was observed even
though this site had experienced high intensity rainfalls
exceeding the 10 year event in 98 and 99.
