With this revision, <br />GCC Energy, LLC seeks to <br />increase the maximum rate of <br />coal production for the King <br />Coal Mine from 0.8 to 1.3 mil- <br />lion tons per year. <br />The King Coal Mine is an <br />underground coal mine located <br />in La Plata County, approxi- <br />mately 6 miles SW of Hesperus, <br />Colorado.
