<br />Energy, LLC. With this revision,
<br />GCC Energy, LLC seeks to
<br />increase the maximum rate of
<br />coal production for the King
<br />Coal Mine from 0.8 to 1.3 mil-
<br />lion tons per year.
<br />The King Coal Mine is an
<br />underground coal mine located
<br />in La Plata County, approxi-
<br />mately 6 miles SW of Hesperus,
<br />Colorado. Coal interest is
<br />federal, state and private, and
<br />Subscribed and sworn before me, a notary public in and for the
<br />the surface affected is federal,
<br />state and private land. The
<br />County of La Plata, State of Colorado this I` day of October, A.D.,
<br />permit area encompasses
<br />approximately 2,658.00 acres.

<br />proposed operation will comply
<br />with all requirements of the
<br />Colorado Surface Coal Mining
<br />Notary Mlic
<br />Reclamation Act, Section 34

<br />thereunder.
