It <br />was unable to rehabilitate CWI- DH -58. Therefore, the monitoring well needs to be replaced. On <br />behalf of BRL, enclosed is an application for a minor revision to provide for the drilling of new <br />monitoring well CWI- DH -58A. <br />Right of Entry <br />The land affected by this minor revision is owned by BRL. <br />Affected and Disturbed Area <br />There will be 1.5 acres of new affected and disturbed area resulting from this minor revision. <br />Cultural Resources <br />See Volume VI, report number 18. <br />Soils and Vegetation <br />The soil types to be disturbed are Beenon - Absarokee association, 20 to 60 percent slopes and <br />Delson stony loam, 3 to 20 percent slopes. The vegetation type to be disturbed is oak brush. <br />Reclamation Estimate <br />An $11,190 reclamation estimate is enclosed. <br />Revised pages 45, 49, a reclamation estimate and Map 9 are enclosed. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
