Re: Holcim (US) Inc., Boettcher Limestone Quarry, Permit M-1977-348
Dear Mr. Dupler,
Attached please find a check in the amount of$791.00 for the Limestone Boettcher Quarry to
cover the annual fee for the period from October 10, 20i3 to October 10, 2014.
The Limestone Boettcher has been in a status of final reclamation. Final reclamation has been
completed and is pending release continues due to some water issues at the site. Activities on
the site have been as follows:
1.Weed control in coordination with Larimer County Weed Department—Activity Report is
pending as the work is in progress
2. Monitoring and sampling the water wells on the property.
3. Monthly Inspections and monitoring the reclamation.
In addition, Holcim is working with the State Engineers office regarding some ponding and
surface water issues at the site. Holcim is currently establishing the data for potential mitigation
of the water issues.
