Please note <br />that there are required revisions to the permit that will need to be submitted on or before December 2, 2014. <br />Also attached is the Division's reclamation cost estimate prepared for the midterm review. In addition to <br />increased equipment operating costs, there is a significant increase in the reclamation liability because the cost <br />estimate reflects the required rehandling of refuse material in the drying areas.
