<br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., whose office is located at 4613 Old Jacksboro Highway, Wichita
<br />Falls, Texas 76301 (telephone 940.322.4772) has filed an application for a permit
<br />revision addressing final reclamation issues; including post - mining land use, revegetation
<br />standards, retentions of certain features, and updates and revisions to the existing permit
<br />document for the reclaimed Carbon Junction Mine (Colorado Division of Reclamation,
<br />Mining and Safety permit C -1992 -080, approved July 31, 1993). The current bond on
<br />deposit is a corporate surety. The legal description of the permit area is: a tract of land
<br />located within Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 9 West, Section 33, Township 34%2
<br />North, Range 9 West, and Section 33 of Township 35 North, Range 9 West of the New
<br />Mexico Principal Meridian, La Plata County, Colorado and being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />A perimeter tract of land less an inscribed tract of land located In Section 33,
<br />Township 35 North, Range 9 West, Section 33, Township 34'/2 North, Range 9 West
<br />and Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 9 West, North of Ute Line, New Mexico
<br />Principal Meridian, In La Plata County, Colorado, being more particularly described
