On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, enclosed is the revised data. 1. DRMS: Please provide certification pages for Volumes 111 and XI for the new and revised designs proposed with this submittal. BRL: Revised certifications are now included. Please see pages Exh. 8 -1 iii and Volume XI, App. B -1 2. Revised page Exh -8 -29 appears to replace the information on currently approved page Exh- 8 -29i. Currently approved page Exh -8 -29 includes specifications for V- Ditches within the Pond B and Pond C watersheds, and should be retained. Please re- submit the revised second page of the V -Ditch Design Summary and revise the page designation to Exh -8 -29i. BRL: Please see revised page Exh -8 -29i. 3. Revised page Exh -8 -32i includes design information for Culvert C -22. The currently approved page Exh -8 -32i is the design information for Culvert G -1. Culvert G- 1 is shown on revised Map 20, and is located along the Gob Pile #2 haul road, just west of the old Bowie power plant, at the material storage area. Revised Map 15 -1 includes a label for Culvert G1, but no culvert symbol, and Revised Map 21 -2 deletes both the culvert symbol and the label. Page Exh -8 -31 indicates that the culvert has been deleted from the design. Please clarify whether Culvert G -1 will be or has been removed,
