'October 2, 2014 <br /> State of Colorado <br /> Mining and Safety <br /> Elliott Russell <br /> Dar Mr. Russell, <br /> This letter is to address concerns and to place an official complaint against the gravel pit <br /> with the permit number of M-198E-074, located on Country Road 32 in Logan County, <br /> Sterling, Colorado. V <br /> At this time the aforementioned pit is being mined and an approximate 75 foot drop off <br /> into the bottom of the pit has been dug approximately 10 feet from our(Robert and <br /> Deborah Hradecky)property line.
