YUMA COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE
1310 SOUTH BLAKE-:-WRAY, COLORADO 80758
MARK SHAW `,M: Phone 970 332-5718
ROAD SUPERVISOR Fax 970 332.3429
ycrb@centurytet.net
1889
°ovrz
Brand Pit M-1981-250 Technical Revision
This revision is to make a record of Yuma County Road and Bridge noxious weed procedures.
When noxious weeds are identified our practice has been to notify Yuma County Pest Control and let
them take the proper steps or get their recommendations to guide our actions.
The Brand Pit M-1981-250 was identified with Musk Thistle, Pest control was notified and responded by
spraying with " Mile Stone" herbicide, their recommendation is to inspect the affected spot and general
pit area in the early spring for new growth and treatment if required.
Our noxious weed plan is;
1. Inspect in early spring March /April
2. Notify Pest Control for their recommendations and treatments.
3. Re-inspection during the growing season for re-occurrence or new infestations.
4. Early spring follow up as needed.
Thank you and sincerely
A4&
Howard McGinnis,
Truck and Mining Foreman
