Bank of Colorado was unable to confirm your Financial Warranty Letter of Credit No. 4200531200 in the amount of$28,889.00 is still active. No replacement warranty has been submitted to the Division. Based on the findings of the verification we believe there is a violation of: • C.R.S. 34-32-117 (6)(a)for failure to maintain a financial warranty in good standing for the life of the permit. A replacement Financial Warranty is required to be submitted prior to September 15, 2014. If the Division has not received a replacement financial warranty in the amount of $28,889.00 by September 15, 2014, the Division will issue a 'reason to believe that a violation exists letter' and schedule this matter for a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
