1. PARTIES
This Sand and Gravel Lease agreement(hereinafter called"Lease') is entered into by and between the STATE.OF
COLORADO,acting by and through the Department of Corrections("DOC'j, for the use and benefit of the
Division of Correctional Industries dlbla CCi Colorado Correctional Industries("CCi"), located at 2862 South
Circle Drive,Colorado Springs,CO 809064195(hereinafter called"Lessor"or"Statc'),and ACA Products, Inc.,
whose address is 702 Gregg Drive, Buena Vista, Colorado, 81211 (hereinafter called"Lessee").
2.EFFECTIVE DATE and NOTICE of NONLIABILITY
This Lease shall not be effective or enforceable until it is approved and signed by the Colorado State Controller or
designee(hereinafter called the"Effective Date").
