September 23, 2014 C- 1981 - 010 /Trapper Mine JLE <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS /COMPLIANCE <br />As a result of the August 18 and 20, 2014 inspection, the Division issued a violation to TMI (CV -2014- <br />006) in regards to several of the 2014 development drilling sites. The violation was for failure to remove <br />topsoil, store topsoil and post topsoil markers at development drill pads and for failure to implement <br />sediment control measures at the development drill pads. For details related to the violation please see the <br />report from that inspection. It appears Trapper has conducted the abatement steps required and the <br />Division considers the violation abated and terminated. <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Page 8 of 13 <br />
