All other conditions and requirement of Permit No.M-2000-041 remain in full force and effect. <br /> The estimated liability amount of$1,994,600 for Phases I A and 1 B (currently disturbed areas) exceeds the <br /> $568,483 performance bond currently held. PleE se submit additional bond in the amount of$1,426,117 within <br /> 60 days of the date of this letter. The revision w1i 11 not be final until the bond is approved by the Division. <br /> The Division has calculated the bond for Phase2 to be an additional$100,400. This additional bond must be <br /> submitted prior to disturbing any of the Phase 2 Evans#2 Pit area,but no later than 365 days from the date of <br /> this letter.
