Bond was submitted to <br />cover reclamation costs associated with exploration drill holes in Moffat County. An inspection showed no <br />remaininag disturbance and all associated disturbances have been reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Section 5, and 9 -16, Township 3 North, Range 93 West <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this proposed <br />decision in the Craig Daily Press. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jason D.
