Dear Mr. Cunningham,
Hopefully the information below is adequate to resolve the deficiencies in our NO1.
1. We will use a drill seeder for applying seeds during reclamation process as recommended.
2. We will use hay mulch at a rate of 2 tons per /acre as recommended.
3. We commit to salvaging and replacing all topsoil currently present. No new topsoil will be imported.
4. We commit to fencing 360 degrees around the entire excavation site.
5. The Trench would start by going 20 yards northwest on a bearing of 348 degrees. From there it would
split two directions. One would extend 40 yards to the northeast on a bearing of 50 degrees, the other
would extend 30 yards southeast on a bearing of 128 degrees. The trench will have a width of 10 yards
or less.
We calculated the bond at a rate of $2000 per acre and the following measurements:
The total distance for the road needed measures just short of 3,850 feet long by 8 feet wide, totaling an
area of 30,800 or .707 acres.
The total area needed for the trench, waste rock, topsoil stockpiles, equipment storage, a restroom and
a tent. This is the area outlined in orange on the map, it measures 135 feet wide on the north end, 250
feet long on both sides and 160 feet wide on the south side with a total area of 36,850 sf or .846 acres.
Also please see calculations attached that were generated by the mapping software used to create the
previously submitted maps.
6. In addition to replacing existing berms, we commit to reclaiming the road by laying down hay mulch
at a rate of 2 tons /acre, then applying 15 Ibs /acre of Teller -Park Restoration Native seed mix via drill
seeding.
If anything else is needed, please let me know and I will get it to you as quick as possible. Thanks again
for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Taylor Conway
Smash Brothers Explorations
