Hopefully I've responded adequately with this submission. <br /> Annual Report Corrections <br /> Item#4 now reflects the most recent excavation and hauling at the time of the anniversary <br /> date. The site is very active this construction season. <br /> Item#7 now reflects 30 acres currently disturbed. <br /> Item#16 is marked N/A since no groundwater is exposed. <br /> Yet another site map is enclosed with the current permit and disturbed areas boundaries. <br /> Edward-James Surveying will be surveying and marking the boundary during the week of <br /> September 291h. According to Gail Zimmerman, property owner, the house was built after <br /> Valco permitted the property. Based on the surveying and recommendation from Ms. <br /> Zimmerman, an acreage reduction request will be forthcoming to remove the house from <br /> the permit boundary. <br /> Thank you for your patience and guidance through this process.
