Roughening of the surface <br />has been successful not only in vegetation success but in sediment control as well. No sign of erosion was <br />observed along the length of the reclaimed haul road. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The mine identification sign is located at the gate entrance for the site. The sign included all necessary information <br />for compliance. <br />Disturbance markers that consist of red painted rebar were found adjacent to the access road and mine site. No <br />issues were observed. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The remaining topsoil pile is located just north of the sediment pond. The pile is clearly marked and stable. The <br />pill is well vegetated and below is a silt fence for additional erosion control.
