September 16, 2014 C- 1981 - 020 /Munger Canyon Mine ZTT <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />It appears that water over topped the Munger Creek crossing just before the sediment pond. Sediment and debris <br />were found atop the crossing. Cutting was observed above the southern end of the culvert below the crossing. The <br />crossing itself remained stable. The culvert below was clear of debris. <br />The one sediment pond on site was dry. Embankments were stable and well vegetated. Primary and emergency <br />spillways were in good shape and no issues were observed. As of TR -25, CAM is approved to reclaim the <br />sediment pond. <br />The ten constructed channels were all in great shape and stable. Channels remained well armored with rip rap and <br />no cutting or gullies were observed. <br />The silt fence below the sediment pond remains stable with no issues. All silt fences located at near the portal area <br />has been removed. Equipment and material were stored near the large boulder west of the reclaimed portals.
