Although there was some pooled water on the surface it was from the recent precipitation. <br />There was no flow in the Fontanari ditches and they have completely dried up. The Carey Pond is also dry <br />(Photograph No. 5). <br />PROCESSING WASTE /COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />Drainage and diversion ditches were stable at the CRDA -1 and CRDA -2 sites. The RSRDA at the South Portal <br />area was in very good condition with no erosion or instability noted. CRDA -2 and the RSRDA are shown in <br />Photographs 6 and 7, respectively.
