M- 1977283 <br />Dear Mr. Kaldenbach: <br />On behalf of the Adams County] Parks and Community Resources Department, GEI <br />Consultants is providing the following information in response to your adequacy <br />letter dated July 29, 2013. <br />1) Please provide the requi +-ed notice prior to importing fill in accordance it-ith <br />Rule 3.1.5(9). <br />a. See Attachment �. <br />2) Please submit a revised reclamation plan in accordance with Rule 64.5. <br />a. The revised reclamation plan will be implemented in general <br />accordance with �he originally approved reclamation plan (April <br />1978) and in accordance with the Adams County Regional Park <br />Master Plan (February 2008). The revised reclamation plan is <br />proposed to be in compliance with the stated goals of the original <br />reclamation plan Namely that the revised reclamation plan is, <br />"...designed to complement the surrounding area where recreation <br />and open space *e currently the predominant land uses." <br />More specificall , the revised reclamation plan will include grading <br />the disturbed are is in compliance with the Mining Safety and Health <br />Administration r gulations. Topsoil will be replaced in disturbed <br />areas at a depth nging from three to six inches.
