Notifications have been sent to PC Telcom and Highline Electric asking for comment
because their lines are located within two hundred (200) feet of the affected land. Both
utilities actually lie outside the pit boundaries.
A boundary marker has been established at the northwest corner of the pit. A picture is
attached.
I have hopefully addressed each of the issues raised in the adequacy letter. If any additional
information is needed, please let me know as soon as possible. If additional information is needed,
I will request an extension.
Thank you.
Sincerely,

J
Randy Schafer
County Planner
Enclosures: Proof of Publication
Proof of notification to owners and adjoining landowners
Certification page with signatures and notary stamp
Notarized letter on access roads and access driveways
Notarized letter extending right to mine
Notarized statement concerning compensation for damages
Picture of marker for Northwest Corner of Pit
4
