Dear Peter,
Please find the following information addressing the corrective action measures from {
your August 7,2014 inspection of the Morrow/Murphy Gravel Pit.
Compliance with Mine Plan

The vertical highwall exceeds the 1000 lineal feet allowed under the current mining plan.

Request: We would like to request a 60 day extension from the October 13,2014
corrective action date to reclaim the necessary amount of highwall to meet the
1000 lineal feet allowed under the permit.
Signs &Markers
The mine identification sign does not indicate Everist Materials,LLC as the Operator of
record.
Corrective Action: Please see attached photographs of mine identification sign. j
