PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT L
There is one man-made structure within 200 feet of the
affected lands or the area to be mined. This is Yuma County Road
Aaa that has a 20 foot frontage on the mine area. No mining will
take place within 200 feet of this structure so no Structure
Agreement is needed. The mine access rod is owned by the Franson
Family Partnership . It is the access road that runs from County
Road Aaa, east across Section 31 and enters the mine in the
southwest corner. This road will be the haul route to the County
Road and provides access to the rest of the Partnership holdings
in the area. A 1100 foot section of this road is included in the
permit and it will remain when mining ends .
41
