(EFCI) Southfield Mine — Permit No. C -81 -014
Dear Rob Zuber:
L'1
This is in response to your Email of September 10, 2014 (copy attached) requesting EFCI
to address the eleven (11) listed drill holes sent to you by email by landowner, Dr. Corley.
Weaver Engineering Services has addressed the listed drill holes again. In previous responses for
the mid -term review, permit renewal and other questions, EFCI has done extensive reviews of
Southfield's drill holes/boreholes and wells inventory during 2007, 2013, 2014 and now again
for the attached review. As stated in the review, EFCI's records correlate and agree with the
history /files of the respective consulting hydrologist, GEM Consulting of Gillette, Wyoming.
EFCI cannot continue to re- evaluate assumed drill hole issues, it is redundant and
unjustified. Further issues concerning drill holes/boreholes at Southfield will need to be
accompanied with sound evidence in the field and proof that EFCI is liable for said issues.
Please find enclosed, Weaver Engineering's review of the listed drill holes at issue.
If you have any questions or need additional information please contact me.
Sincerely,
eorge V
Energy Fuels Coal, Inc.
