The "Corley Mine Well" is well beyond (north of) the Southfield mine
underground workings and therefore is unnecessary to be listed in this section of the
permit document as it pertains to structures and potential subsidence. The Corley Mine
Well is correctly depicted on Map 12 as being in Section 23, R70W, T20S.
The other two Corley Company wells are identified on the Colorado Division of Water
Resources (CDWR) Web site, Well Permits link and are listed in that manner, "Corley
Company ". However, well permit numbers are included on the Web site to identify each
and its location.
Accordingly, to clarify these two Corley wells, text and respective bullet lists have been
revised to include the respective well permit numbers and the legal descriptions locations
in which they are located for ease of review. The respective revised pages for the permit
application for clarification are 2.05.6 -56, 2.05.6 -57a and 2.05.6 -66.
The following revised pages are enclosed with this submittal:
Attached revised pgs:
2.05.6 -56
2.05.6 -57a
2.05.6 -66
If you have any questions or need additional information please contact me.
Sincerely,
eorge V atterson
Energy Fuels Coal, Inc.
