This was the first inspection conducted associated with SU for X200621401. A
request for partial bond release was originally recieved by the Division on March 28, 2012. This inspection is
based on a second bond release request (SL2) for one site that was not adequatly reclaimed and for the remaining
bond for the site.
REVEGETATION — Rules 2.02(g) and 4.21.4(6):
Site WF -003 was found to be unreclaimed during the initial inspection, SL -1 and SL -2. The site showed little to no
vegetation growth with a heavy houndstoungue presence throughout.
During this inspection, it is noted that the site has been seed with good stands of grass noted throughout. The site
did display some bare areas; however, the Division determined native vegetation encroaching the pad and providing
additional cover. Weeds were minimal with sparse houndstoungue rosettes noted and evidence of weed spraying
cited.
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0
Page 2 of 4
