Hart, Hart Environmental <br /> Permittee Name: Ready Mixed Concrete Company (RMCC) <br /> Permit Number: M-1987-049 <br /> Operation Name: Bromley Lakes Pit <br /> Anniversary Date: September 29,2014 <br /> Annual Fee Due: $791.00 <br /> County: Adams <br /> RMCC's Bromley Lakes Pit was actively mined during the 2013-14 reporting <br /> period of the Annual Report. Mining and reclamation activities during the reporting <br /> period occurred in the northeast portion(Phases 16 and 17) and reclamation activities <br /> occurred in mine Phases 9, 10, 14 and 16 of the Bromley Lakes (DRM&S Permit#M- <br /> 1987-049). Excavated sand and gravel was transported by conveyor from mine Phases 16 <br /> and 17 to the sand and gravel processing plant. Wash fines from the processing plant <br /> were discharged into the Bromley Lakes settling pond located in Cell 2. <br /> Weed control at Bromley Lakes, during the period of this annual report, included <br /> mowing and spraying. <br /> Weather permitting; mining and reclamation activities at the Bromley Lakes Pit will <br /> be conducted on a year round basis. <br />
