The Division pro- <br />poses to release 800.8 acres from Phase II <br />bond liability. The surface operation is oper- <br />ated by Seneca Coal Company, LLC under <br />the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The bond <br />release application was submitted by Seneca <br />Coal Company, LLC on May 15, 2013.
