This is a good range site <br /> due to the proper management practice exhibited by the landowner <br /> and has a good cover of grass . The plant community is 90 to 95 <br /> percent grasses and 5% perennial forbs and sagebrush. The <br /> vegetation section of the Soils Report indicates the range <br /> production at this site can average 1 , 300 pounds/acre . <br /> PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br /> An existing road is the only structure within 200 feet of <br /> the mine . This road has been used by the Partnership to access <br /> our property, it will be maintained and used to access the mine <br /> and surrounding property. It remain in use when reclamation is <br /> complete . <br /> There are no above or below ground communication or power <br /> lines , fences , bridges, wells, pipelines, water storage impound- <br /> ments, railroad tracks, cemeteries or communication antennas <br /> within 200 feet of the affected lands . <br /> 26 <br />
