PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Russell L. Painter, 1761 Pikes Peak Dr., <br />Florissant, CO, 80816, (719) 258.0550, <br />has filed an application for a Hard <br />Rock/Metal Mining Limited Impact (110) <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is <br />known as the zonite YJIIL#B and is <br />located at or near ec ion ownship <br />125, Range 71, W. Prime Meridian, <br />The proposed date of commencement <br />is July 31, 2014, and the proposed date <br />of completion is July 31, 2019. The pro- <br />posed future use of the land is <br />forestry. <br />Additional information and tentative de- <br />cision date may be obtained from the Divi- <br />sion of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, <br />Colorado, 80203, (303) 866 -3567, or at <br />the Teller County Clerk and Recorder's of- <br />fice, 101 W. Bennett St., Cripple Creek, <br />CO, 60813, or the above -named applic- <br />ant. A complete copy of the application is <br />available at the above -named County <br />Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Di- <br />vision s office. <br />Comments concerning the application and <br />exhibits must be in writing and must be re- <br />ceived by the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety by 4:00 p.m. on <br />September 20, 2014. <br />Please note that under the provisions of <br />C.R.S. 34 -32 -101 at esq . Comments re- <br />lated to noise, truck traffic, hours of opera- <br />tion, visual impacts, effects on property <br />values and other social or economic con- <br />cerns are issues not subject to this <br />Office's jurisdiction.
