Painter, 1761 Pikes Peak Dr., Florissant, CO, 80816, (719) 258 -0550, has filed an application for a Hard Rock /Metal Mining Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the Lvlacanite VII &VIII (7 8 8 and is locate or near e8Sn Township 125, Range 71, W. Prime Me- ridian. The proposed date of commencement is July 31, 2014 and the proposed date of completion is July 31, 2019. The pro- posed future use of the land is forestry.
