PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Riverside Aggregates, LLC has filed an application for a Construction Materials <br />112 Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the extraction of <br />construction materials. The proposed mine is known as the Friederichs Pit 112 and <br />is located at, or near S. W. Section 18, Township 22, South Range 47, West of the <br />6th Prime Meridian in Prowers County, Colorado. <br />The proposed future use of the land is pasture land. <br />This publication serves as notice of the proposed mining operation. Additional <br />information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety; 1313 Sherman Street Room 215, Denver CO <br />80203.303- 866 -3567, or, at the Prowers County Clerk and Recorders Office; 301 S. <br />Main St. Lamar, CO 81092 A complete copy of the application is available at the <br />Prowers County Clerk and Recorders Office and at the Division Office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be <br />received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety by 4:00pm on August <br />31, 2014. <br />PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF C.R.S.34- 32.5 -101 ET SW . <br />COMMENTS RELATED TO NOISE, TRAFFIC, HOURS OF OPERATION, VISUAL <br />IMPACTS, EFFECTS ON PROPERTY VALUES AND OTHER SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC <br />CONCERNS ARE ISSUES NOT SUBJECT TO THIS OFFICES JURISDICTION.
