EXHIBIT A Legal Description The amendment area tract is located in the Northeast '/4 of Section 24, Township 2 North, Range 67 West, Sixth P.M. in Weld County, Colorado as described below. The tract includes 72.86 acres +/- and is north of and immediately adjacent to the existing permit area. The existing permit area is 102.77 acres + / -.
