Greeley 351h AM -02 Adequacy Letter <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />September 11, 2014 <br />3. The Division received comments from History Colorado and Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources. The letters are attached for review. Please address the comments noted in the <br />letters and make any changes to the application as necessary. <br />6.4 SPECIFIC EXHIBIT REQUIREMENTS — REGULAR 112 OPERATIONS <br />The following items must be addressed by the Applicant in order to satisfy the requirements of <br />C.R.S. 34- 32.5 -101 et seg. and the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board <br />6.4.3 Exhibit C - Pre - Mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Land <br />4. As required by Rule 6.2.1(2)(b) the Pre - Mining and Mining Plan Maps must be prepared and <br />signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other qualified person. <br />Please sign the Exhibits B -2 and C -1 through C -4 maps. <br />5. Please remove the "Draft" indication from Exhibits B -2 and C -4. <br />6. On Page 4, Section 3.1, please revise the text to indicate the Weld County parcel viewer <br />website, not Larimer County. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />7. The Applicant states weeds will be mowed before they go to seed during the first growing <br />season. Please provide a Noxious Weed Management Plan with the following information: <br />a. A list of potential noxious weed species (target species). <br />b. The control methods and treatment window for each target species. <br />C. A monitoring plan and follow -up plan for the site (i.e. when the "local weed control <br />expert" will inspect the property during the year and how follow -up treatments will <br />be implemented following the inspection.) <br />8. Per Rule 6.4.5(2)(f), please state of the Applicant intends to use fertilization as part of the <br />Reclamation Plan. Please provide the fertilization types, mixtures, quantities and time of <br />application if used in the Reclamation Plan. <br />6.4.6 Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map <br />9. As required by Rule 6.2.1(2)(b) the Reclamation Plan Map must be prepared and signed by a <br />registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other qualified person. Please sign the <br />Exhibits F -1 through F -3 maps. <br />10. Please remove the "Draft" indication from Exhibits F -1 through F -3. <br />
