Technical Revision #92 Alternate Ditch Lining for J -11
Permit C- 1996 -083
Dear Ms. Burgmaier:
On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), enclosed is an application for a technical revision to
add an alternate ditch lining for ditch J -11. Ditch J -11 is the east collection ditch at coal mine waste disposal
area #3. The alternate ditch lining will be a one -half 30" diameter culvert instead of riprap.
A reclamation estimate in the amount of $1425.00 is attached.
