No <br />representative of C.B. Minerals Company, LLC was present during the inspection. Records were inspected at the <br />Garfiled County Courthouse at 11:30 am; the site inspection began at 12:08 pm. Weather conditions were sunny <br />and warm; ground conditions were muddy from rain earlier in the day. Cattle were grazing the reclaimed <br />disturbance area. <br />The mine site disturbance has been reclaimed and Phase II bond release has been granted on the entire site. <br />Sediment control structures have not yet been reclaimed. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Records were inspected at the Garfield County Courthouse. All required records were available, with the <br />exception of the updated insurance certificate.
