On August 8, 2014, the <br />Division received Financial Warranty Letter of Credit for Juniper Mountain Gravel, Permit M 2003 -073, <br />executed by Mr. Michael Anson. <br />Yampa Valley Bank has notified the Division that Moffat Limestone Company has been sold by you to <br />Mr. Anson. The Division is still awaiting required Financial Warranty and Irrevocable Letter of Credit <br />documents for each of the Moffat Limestone Company sites, M 1982 -141 and M 2003 -073. <br />The current Financial Warranty Letters of Credit provided by you on behalf of Moffat Limestone <br />Company for both of the permitted sites cannot be released until replacement bonds have been received <br />and approved by the Division. When these documents have been received and approved by the Division, <br />you will receive your released bonds that you had provided. This will finalize the change of responsible <br />party for Moffat Limestone Company with the Division.
