No overburden was generated as a result of this excavation. Waste rock was used <br />to plate the bottom of the ponds. <br />2) Top soil, was reclaimed and will be placed to a 12" depth where needed. This 12" <br />of topsoil will be the reclaimed surface. To prevent soil compaction no wheel or track <br />mounted vehicles or equipment will be allowed on the reclaimed surface subsequent to <br />top soil installation. To stabilize the non - compacted topsoil a Native grass seed <br />mixture, will be no till drilled over the topsoil at a rote of 20 pounds of pure live <br />seed per acre. There is no tilling or mulch application proposed. 50 Aspen trees will <br />be planted around both ponds. <br />3) No office, shop /maintenance buildings, processing facilities, or underground <br />openings are existing or proposed. The access road, Grovel and top soil stock pile <br />areas are all that is to remain after reclamation. No on -site water is to be used in <br />conjunction with this operation. The hydrology of the site will not be altered from its <br />natural flows. There are no slopes greater than the 3% being proposed for this <br />reclamation. <br />4.)
