)//
EXHIBIT D
FUTURE RECLAMATION PLAN A (Sheet 2 of 2):
The mining limits of this Reclamation Plan is a 0.69 acre site located in the southeasterly corner
of the permit boundary. The remainder of the Permit Boundary area lying outside of the mining
limits is either undisturbed and is not a part of this Reclamation application.
Luke the Duke, LLC is proposing to reclaim the pit as Developed Water Resources. The pit will
be sculptured into ponds and the bottoms will be plated with approximately 8 " -12" of overburden.
The ponds will be approximately 13 feet deep with 3:1 slopes. No other slopes were disturbed
during the mining process.
Fifty Aspen trees (3' -4' tall) will be planted around the perimeter of the pond. These trees will be
maintained from the pond until such time they are established. The stockpiled top soil will be
reclaimed and spread over the site at a 12" depth where needed. To prevent soil compaction no
wheel or track mounted vehicles or equipment will be allowed on the reclaimed surface subsequent
to top soil installation. To stabilize the non - compacted top soil a Dry land Pasture blend seed
mixture will be no till drilled over the topsoil at a rate of 20lbs per acre.. New lawn fertilizer will
be applied per the manufacturer's requirements. Mulch will be spread over the seeded area at a
rate of 1 ton per acre. The applicant will be responsible for any weed control once the grass is
established. The site will be seeded in the spring of 2016.
The stockpiled gravel will be removed and used for the maintenance of the subdivision roads
within Avery Ranch, Horseman's Park, Cross Creek Ranch, the Highlands at Cross Creek Ranch
and the Preserve.
No office, shop /maintenance buildings, processing facilities, or underground openings are existing
or proposed. No on -site water is to be used in conjunction with this operation. The hydrology of
the site will not be altered from its natural flows.
The estimated start date of this Reclamation Project would September 2015 and the completion
date would be in the spring of 2017. The maximum disturbance point of this mining would be at
the time the remaining gravel is removed from the site.
1.
