( "Cotter ") requests release from reclamation liability of the <br />0.002 acres of the permitted affected area associated with the SR -13A Prospecting <br />Permit, P- 2009 -020. Cotter completed the drilling in 2009, and reclaimed the drill site in <br />2010. The reclamation efforts included re- grading and re- seeding the drill site. Cotter <br />believes that all applicable portions of the Reclamation Plan Requirements for the <br />affected areas associated with this request have been satisfied in accordance with the <br />Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard <br />Rock, Metal, and Designated Mining Operations and applicable requirements of the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br />Attached are photographs of the reclaimed area, and two maps to show the location of <br />the drill hole.
