O. Box <br />767, Silverton, CO 81433; (970) 387 -5243, submitted a request for financial warranty reduction for the Upper <br />Animas Sand and Gravel Pit, Permit No. M- 2005 -065. The construction materials extraction operation is located <br />at or near Section 31, Township 42N, Range 6W, New Mexico Principal Meridian, in San Juan County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional <br />information obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
