Stover & Associates on
behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL). The monitoring was conducted in compliance
with the approved permit application package, and the data do not indicate any sign of
impending instability. As noted in our August 15, 2014 review letter for the June
monitoring report, BRL may revert to quarterly monitoring of VWPs -05, -09 and -10.
The monthly monitoring frequency for VWP -06 and VWP -08 should be continued at
least until the pressures in these piezometers decrease or level out.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Susan L.
