Our concern is that <br />cutting back the slopes to obtain borrow material may affect the overall stability of the larger land mass above the <br />ditch and borrow areas. <br />You indicated that the cut slopes above the remaining portion of the relocated ditch (not in the vicinity of the <br />proposed borrow areas) will approximate the existing, pre- disturbance slopes. For those portions of the ditch <br />where the cut slope is consistent with the original ground, a slope stability analysis will not be required. <br />Susan L.
