Since BRL is planning to submit a comprehensive TR application in the future that will address <br />reconfiguration of the Gob Pile #2 area, we will hold off on requiring an engineered slope stability analysis for <br />the diversion ditch cut slopes, with the understanding that the analysis will be incorporated into the upcoming <br />TR. <br />Susan L.
