BMRI is not seeking any <br /> financial warranty release. <br /> Permit Reduction <br /> The Permit Area is currently 1,801 acres and is shown on Exhibit 1. The Permit Area is divided <br /> into permitted disturbance areas (547 acres) and undisturbed areas (1,254 acres). Field surveys <br /> of the BMRI mine land disturbance and reclamation activities was completed by Telesto <br /> Solutions, Inc. in 2002, as indicated in the annual reports.
