Proposed Future Land Use <br />Goal of reclamation) Rangeland <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Oescription <br />• <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adeq ace for field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter - quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu ber(s) [nay be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT d - Mininy Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the metnods, equipment, phases or st yes of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should tie orrelated with <br />the ,nap and should show where extraction will oegin, and which direction if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C - Ma <br />Tnis map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici rtt information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existin and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mining operatio . All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this snap. <br />EXHIBIT D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information ' <br />Each of the aoove- mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />Stu le. i <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the meth ds, equipment, <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative <br />must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after complation of reclamation. <br />
