Proposed Future Land Use Goal of reclamation) Rangeland EXHIBIT A - Legal Oescription • The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adeq ace for field location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds survey or a description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest quarter - quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu ber(s) [nay be used. EXHIBIT d - Mininy Plan This can be a general discussion of the metnods, equipment, phases or st yes of the operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should tie orrelated with the ,nap and should show where extraction will oegin, and which direction if any, it will proceed. EXHIBIT C - Ma Tnis map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici rtt information to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existin and proposed roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mining operatio . All immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this snap. EXHIBIT D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information ' Each of the aoove- mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable Stu le. i EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the meth ds, equipment, phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected appearance of the area after complation of reclamation.
