The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on July 23, 2014, a minor revision application (MR -79) to the
Seneca II -W Mine, Permit No. C- 1982 -057, operated by Seneca Coal Company, LLC, 37796 Routt
County Road 53, Hayden, CO 81639 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The operator
proposes to add additional tree species toTable 22- 7,Tree and Shrub Planting List, to include species that
may be appropriate to use as a living snow fence. The applicant is not proposing additional surface
disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as
provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
